With over two decades of experience leading outsourcing transformation engagements, Voytek has made significant contributions in enterprise cost reduction and operating model digital transformation. He has the unique opportunity of understanding the perspectives of a buyer, seller and advisor for supplier management and post-signature contract management. His experience ranges across the outsourcing ecosystem with a 360-degree view, buying managed services, selling and advising companies on outsourcing and global business services (GBS). He works with customers’ global enterprise-wide digitally-enabled CLM solutions in all industries.

He is an executive advisor to PaymentWorks and several other technology and digital-enabled companies. A passionate mentor and teacher, he is a guest lecturer at numerous prestigious MBA programs, including Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management. Outside of his professional life, he is actively involved in numerous philanthropies, including the Leukemia Society, the Ronald McDonald House, and the United Way.

Now in its seventeenth year, IAOP’s Leadership Hall of Fame accepts nominations of senior executives at the C-suite level, working in the market as customers, suppliers, or advisors. Inductees are selected by a committee of Hall of Fame members.
