We've taken steps to ensure business continuity
Employee Health and Safety
All of our employees are working from the safety of their homes. All international business travel has been suspended.
A multi-faceted strategy has been put in place to ensure technological, organizational, and emotional support for all employees to keep them healthy, productive, and motivated. Relevant guidelines from the government and local authorities are being strictly followed.
Zero Business Disruption
We have activated Business Continuity Plans to ensure that there is zero business disruption and product availability and reliability are not impacted. Across-functional task force, led by our COO, is in place to monitor all aspects of our operations including technology and product, customer success, and employee safety and productivity.
Safeguarding Customer Data
Keeping customer data secure is a top priority for us. Sirion is a 100% SaaS-based platform hosted on AWS with best-in-class data security infrastructure. Remote access has been enabled for all employees using VPN to ensure complete security and confidentiality of client data.
Product and Customer Support
SirionLabs has a clearly documented, decentralized development and decision-making process. This has ensured that our release cadence continues as planned with no impact due to the pandemic. Tools such as MS Teams, JIRA, and Slack help ensure that communication and collaboration, with clients as well as internally, is not impacted due to the work-from-home transition.
